For our reception we chose to keep it fairly simple. We got food trays from a near by whole saler with sandwhiches and veggies. Becca's grandma and aunties made spiced nuts in CT and brought them to WA for the wedding. They were great we heartily thank you. We ordered a chocolate cake with raspberry filling and chocolate frosting from a local "higher-end" grocery store bakery. David's mother, who used to decorate cakes assembled the cake that arrived in three pieces! Thank you Sharon for doing a beautiful job! Becca surprised David with a grooms cheesecake with do-it-yourself toppings of blueberries and chocolate. Becca and David's fathers helped to make the church gym more cozy by hanging huge strips of butchers paper across wires. It lowered the gym ceiling and made a room more compatible to the size of the crowd. A few of the church ladies offered to help by making sure the food and punch didn't run low and serve the cake (thank you ladies!). Becca her family and friends did all the decorating.
