David and I started this 100 push-ups challange we were forwarded from a friend.

Basically we are doing push-ups three days a week in sets in an attempt to build core strength and loose some flabby arm (Becca). David's arms already look pretty good if you ask me but tonight when we maxed out I did 20 pushups and David did 24. (There are four sets of push-ups and then, after wearing yourself out, you do as many as you can until you're too tired to do true form push-ups.) For those that care, I was level 3 and David was level 4 on initial test. We'll post again in six weeks.
