Wind

The wind has started picking up a bit. This picture is from about 4 hours ago. We've been out socializing with our neighbors. It resembles a huge block party. Meeting people we've never met. One neighbor has an English Mastiff. He's HUGE. Weighs in at 180 pounds. I'm jealous. My Bull Mastiff, Scratch, looks tiny next to him. Crazy. The trees are moving a little and it looks as though the eye will hit Galveston soon but we're still several hours away from anything too exciting. Back to the block party. There are about 12 adults, 8 kids and several dogs. Scratch was out with us but he's had enough socializing and he's in napping. Sunshine took the opportunity to have the backyard to herself. She was burying bones. Now I'm putting them both to bed for the night so David and I can play freely.
