Today I cut my hair. Less than 5 years ago I did the same thing only shorter. I had shorter hair to begin with too.


Anyway, some little girls who have lost their hair to chemo will now have nice wigs. (I donated it to Locks of Love.)


It's a little sad for me but it'll grow back. It grew this long in less than 5 years.


Also it'll be nice to have lower maintenance hair. And fewer clogged drains.


I miss it a little because it was such a big part of my identity. My crazy long hair. I only cut it an hour ago so maybe in a week or two I'll just be glad it's gone. For now I'm a little sad.
