Baby it's cold outside.........

It's about 41 here and sunny. The high is 58 I think. Meanwhile my S-I-L's and parents are up in the NE with single digit temperature readings. The ground was frosty this morning, still is in fact where the sun hasn't hit behind the house.

Sunshine is feeling quite well. The whole house is falling apart with her antics. David's calling the vet today to see if we might be able to start taking her on short walks. It's been 8 days since she has had a walk and we're all ready to kill her. She's whiny, obnoxious, grumpy.... all things not Sunny and we're pretty sure it's because of her lack of walks. The location and depth of her laceration required pretty strict rest but the cut looks as though it's healing well and we're hoping the Doc will tell us we can take her around the block.

I started classes yesterday. My schedule is a brutal Tuesday of four classes from 8am to 9pm. I have a short break between my third and fourth class. Then I have one Wednesday night class from 6-9pm and four on Thursday from 8am to 5pm with not much break between third and fourth. I'm taking 18 hours in HOPES, high, high, hopes of graduating in a years time. We shall see. I will know more next Tuesday. I've been to four of my six classes and so far it seems doable. I'm not planning on working out side the home during this semester so I'll have all day Monday and Friday and most of Wednesday to do course work and study. Speaking of, I should return to the books!!
