WORN OUT

Scratch knows his primary purpose in life is to ensure my safety when David's not home. He's a bit of a "hoverer" as in he follows me about all day long if David is not home. He trots right on my bum from room to room while I clean or fold laundry. Scratch is right there if I'm watering the lawn or working in the garden. When I was in the garage last week painting 1/4 round he was sprawled on the floor in front of the box fan panting and looking worried about how much longer I'd be taking. He was exhausted from all his hard work. When David got home this is what he found. (I was in the kitchen cooking dinner so he can put himself to bed without too much concern. ) Poor guy didn't even want to get up for a before bed tinkle. This new flooring business is wearing everyone out. =) It's fun though, I enjoy the manual labor, when it's done, and I can see the final product.
